The East Africa Pharma & Biotech (EAPB) Conference brings together a diverse cross-section of stakeholders from industry, government, academia, civil society, and development partners. Designed as a platform for dialogue and collaboration, the conference aims to strengthen regional networks, facilitate knowledge exchange, and drive strategic partnerships that support the sustainable growth of the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors in East Africa.
The 1st and 2nd editions of EAPB were co-hosted by Rwanda Biomedical Centre (RBC) and Africa CDC in 2023 and 2024 in Kigali. Both editions served as a much-needed platform for industry-focused knowledge exchange, networking, and partnerships in East Africa and across Africa.
